Before starting Churchill Homes in 2000
Dan Savoia spent 15 years
in the home-building industry. From
construction
supervisor to sales manager, Dan learned that to insure customer satisfaction,
quality counts.
Although he builds primarily
in the
Triple Crown
Community Dan also has lots in other upscale
neighborhoods and he is experienced in building on private individual
home sites.
Dan limits the number of homes he
builds a year so
he can still offer you a high amount of
individual attention, ensuring your entire experience is a positive one.
He uses higher grade material and quality-conscious contractors.
He also knows people like to work with someone who they can trust,
here's his philosophy:
"We are not the type of builder who finishes a home and simply moves
on to the next one in another neighborhood. My family and I live in
Triple Crown. My staff members all live nearby. My wife and I
are involved in our three kids' activities including coaching baseball,
attending soccer, basketball, volleyball games and tennis matches. We are active members of our
community. I tell customers that they are likely to see me with my family
riding bicycles in the neighborhood or at the supermarket or video store after
working hours, and they do!"
